How fast is "about 7 days," really?
Seven business days from the day we receive your final content — your text, photos, and domain access. If content arrives in pieces, the clock starts when the last piece lands. Rush timelines are sometimes possible; ask.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated list of changes after you review the customized site. Two rounds are included; most organizations only need one. Additional rounds are $150 each.
Do I own the website and domain?
Yes — completely. The domain is registered in your name, the hosting account is yours, and the code is handed over at launch. No lock-in: if you leave the care plan, everything stays with you.
What happens to the demo content on the site I claim?
Every word of the fictional organization's content is replaced with yours. The demo stays in our collection as a design showcase — your site is a fresh copy that becomes fully your own.
What if I don't have my content ready?
That's common — and it's what Rooted & Wired is for. We can help you develop mission language, program descriptions, and funder-ready framing as an add-on. Mention it in your inquiry.
